Upgrades & downgrades
Upgrade any time and get new features immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period; pet profiles above your new limit become read-only instead of being deleted.

Paid plans will be billed through your app store account, monthly or annually. Final pricing, regional pricing and taxes will be confirmed at launch.
Cancellation
Cancel from your app store subscription settings whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period - no hidden fees, ever.
Membership FAQ
The fine print, in plain words
Yes. You'll be able to move between Free, Plus and Pro from the app's Membership settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your data is kept safe either way.
Profiles above your new plan's limit aren't deleted - they become read-only until you upgrade again or remove one, so you never lose a pet's history.
