Yes. Rivo Free includes one pet profile, core profile tools, basic reminders and appointments, walk tracking, matching and messages, and Marketplace access - free, forever.
Rivo Plus adds a second pet profile, RivoCare AI, weight and vaccination tracking, advanced reminders, enhanced training and selected marketplace benefits. Rivo Pro extends that with a third pet profile, the Health Vault, advanced insights, priority support and additional marketplace benefits.
No. RivoCare AI provides general educational information about pet care, nutrition, exercise, training and vet-visit preparation. It does not diagnose conditions and it never replaces advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed veterinarian.
Yes. Rivo Free includes one pet profile, Rivo Plus supports up to two pets, and Rivo Pro supports up to three. Switching pets updates the entire app around the pet you select.
The Rivo Marketplace lets you discover affiliated pet shops and suppliers, search and filter products, check out in the app, and receive orders at home with tracking. Members on paid plans receive selected marketplace benefits.
Yes - pet shops, suppliers, groomers and other pet businesses can apply to become Rivo Partners. Every application is reviewed before a storefront is created. See the Partners page to apply.
